TRAVEL INFORMATION Travel arrangements should be made through your referring VA. For those flying to Tampa, be sure to request a YELLOW CAB for transport to the VA hospital. Their phone number is (813) 253-0121. When you arrive at the VA go to the admitting desk and request a cab voucher to pay the driver. You will enter the hospital through the Emergency Room entrance. You will need to check-in at Admissions. They will be expecting you. If you choose to leave the program before you complete treatment, your referring VA may decide to bill you for your travel.
