ADMISSION INFORMATION

If you are accepted into the CPRP, the week prior to your admission date one of our staff will call to confirm your arrival.  Due to our waiting list, we want to make sure all our available admission slots are used.

On your admission day you should report to the Admission Office between 8 A.M. and 9 A.M.  You will be staying with us for approximately 19 days and will need to bring the following items from home with you:

  • Current medications in their original bottle

  • TENS unit (if you have one)

  • Comfortable clothing (enough for one week). Washer and dryer facilities are available.

  • Comfortable walking shoes with some support (not just sandals).

  • Toiletries (shampoo, toothpaste, deodorant, etc.).

  • An inexpensive watch with a second hand or a digital watch.

  • Swim suit/trunks (we do have some available if you do not have one).

  • A light jacket or sweater.

  • Reading glasses if needed.

  • Hearing aid if needed.

Please do not bring any valuable items such as jewelry, electronic equipment, credit cards, etc.  Cash can be deposited in Patient Funds on the first floor of the hospital.

During the program you will be attending classes from approximately 8 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday. You may have passes over the weekend depending on your medical status. Drug and alcohol screens are routinely done on admission and during the program.
