ADMISSION INFORMATION If you are accepted into the CPRP, the week prior to your admission date one of our staff will call to confirm your arrival. Due to our waiting list, we want to make sure all our available admission slots are used. If you decide you want to reschedule your admission you must cancel two weeks prior to your scheduled admission date. If you cancel after that date, you will not be able to be rescheduled without additional screening by the pain team. Please check with eligibility prior to admission to determine if you will be responsible for any hospital bills during your stay in our program. On your admission day you should report to the Admission Office between 8 A.M. and 9 A.M. You will be staying with us for approximately 19 days and will need to bring the following items from home with you:
Please do not bring any valuable items such as jewelry, electronic equipment, credit cards, etc. Cash can be deposited in Patient Funds on the first floor of the hospital. During the program you will be attending classes from approximately 8 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday. You may have passes over the weekend depending on your medical status. Drug and alcohol screens are routinely done on admission and during the program. |
